Hip-hop artist and CEO of Empire Entertainment, Lucious Lyon, has always ruled unchallenged, but a medical diagnosis predicts he will be incapacitated in three years, which prompts the sharks to circle. Without further damaging his family, he must decide which of his three sons will take over. His favorite, young Hakeem, is a gifted musician but values fame over hard work. I've been waiting to see this show since I first saw the trailer. I even made note on my calendar of the time it would premier. After seeing the first episode all I have to say is, "Wow, I can't wait for episode 2." The storyline and the caliber of acting left me wanting more. Its edgy, dangerous, and suspenseful. Congratulations to the creators of the show director Lee Daniels and actor Danny Strong. I believe this show will be a hit. Check it out and let me know what you think. #Actress
